All "NO CALL NO SHOW" appointments will incur a 100% service charge and will be blocked from future bookings.

New clients will be required to pay a one-time "NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT" of $50+ using the card on file to secure their first appointment.

A 24-hour notice is necessary for cancellations or rescheduling; late notifications will incur a 50% charge.

Please call or text if you are running late; after 15 minutes without communication, your appointment will be canceled, and a fee will apply.

Shampoo and blow dry are included with every service.

Children under 12 are not permitted. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD IF THEY CANNOT SIT FOR THEIR SERVICE! No exceptions.
